Nickel Alloy Fittings
Nickel alloy fittings are manufactured from pure nickel (Nickel 200/201) and are used in applications requiring exceptional corrosion resistance to caustic alkalis, reducing acids, and high-temperature environments. They maintain excellent mechanical properties from cryogenic to elevated temperatures.
Super Austenitic Fittings (904L / SMO 254)
Super austenitic stainless steel fittings in 904L and SMO 254 (S31254) offer significantly higher corrosion resistance than standard 316L, particularly against chloride pitting and crevice corrosion. With high molybdenum and nitrogen content, these alloys bridge the gap between standard austenitic stainless steels and nickel alloys.
Super Duplex Fittings
Super Duplex fittings in SAF 2507 (S32750) and S32760 combine the high strength of ferritic steels with the corrosion resistance of austenitic grades, offering roughly double the yield strength of 316L with superior resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking. Monel Fittings & Flanges
Monel fittings and flanges (Alloy 400 and K500) are nickel-copper alloys with outstanding resistance to seawater, brackish water, hydrofluoric acid, and reducing media. Monel K500 adds precipitation hardening for higher strength.
Inconel Fittings & Flanges
Inconel fittings and flanges are nickel-chromium alloys designed for extreme temperature and corrosive environments. Inconel 625 offers exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, while Inconel 600 excels at high-temperature oxidation resistance.
Hastelloy Fittings & Flanges
Hastelloy fittings and flanges represent the ultimate in corrosion resistance, designed for the most aggressive chemical environments. Hastelloy C276 resists a wide range of oxidising and reducing media including wet chlorine, hypochlorites, and ferric chloride.
