HR Coils & Sheets
Hot Rolled (HR) coils and sheets are the foundation of structural steel construction, manufactured by rolling steel slabs at temperatures above 1700°F. They are used extensively in structural fabrication, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, and general engineering.
Chequered Plates
Chequered plates (also called checker or tread plates) feature a raised diamond or teardrop pattern that provides anti-slip properties. They are widely used for industrial flooring, staircase treads, ramp surfaces, truck beds, and platform decking.
CR Coils & Sheets
Cold Rolled (CR) coils and sheets are processed at room temperature, resulting in superior surface finish, tighter dimensional tolerances, and improved mechanical properties compared to hot rolled products. They are the material of choice for automotive panels, appliance housings, furniture, and applications requiring a smooth, paintable surface.
GP (Galvanised Plain) Coils & Sheets
Galvanised Plain (GP) coils and sheets are cold-rolled steel coated with a layer of zinc through the hot-dip galvanising process, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The zinc coating is specified in GSM (grams per square metre), ranging from 80 GSM for light-duty to 275 GSM for heavy-duty applications.
Colour Coated Coils & Sheets
Colour coated coils and sheets are galvanised steel pre-painted with polyester, PVDF, or plastisol coatings in a wide range of RAL colours. They combine the structural strength of steel with decorative aesthetics and additional corrosion protection.
